Since 2015, we’ve been part of a vending machine culture that made “junk” food the easiest option. Over time, that didn’t sit right with us. Vending machines were everywhere — in offices, workplaces, and daily routines — and we knew there had to be a better way. That realization pushed us to rethink the business from the inside out. Fitgo Box was created with a clear purpose: to rebuild vending machines as an office pantry solution that replaces “junk” with smarter choices for real life. 1. What are the costs or monthly commitments involved?
We pride ourselves on offering a hassle-free service. There are no rental fees, setup fees, or maintenance charges.
Our primary requirement is a minimum monthly sales commitment of RM4,000.
Note: We provide a three-month grace period to test the location. If the monthly sales target of RM4,000 is consistently not met within these three months, we reserve the right to discuss a machine withdrawal or relocation to ensure the service remains sustainable.
Termination & Withdrawal Notice:
Should either party decide to terminate the service or proceed with machine withdrawal, a one (1) month advance written notice is required to allow for proper coordination and a smooth transition.
2. Is there a minimum employee headcount required for a placement?
There is no strict minimum headcount required to host a machine. Our primary focus is on the performance of the location. As long as the site can consistently achieve the monthly sales target (RM4,000), we are happy to provide our services regardless of the number of staff.
3. Can we customize the product selection?

4. Can we place a machine if our company does not provide a subsidy?
Our services are exclusively designed to support corporate welfare programs through a partnership model. Because our goal is to help companies provide healthy snacks and drinks at a subsidized rate for their employees, we require a subsidy commitment from the company to proceed with a placement. At this time, we do not provide standard retail vending without a subsidy agreement, as it allows us to maintain the best value and quality for your team.
5. What is your service coverage area?
To ensure we provide the best maintenance and restocking response times, our services are currently restricted to the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur (Klang Valley) areas.
